Return, Refund & Energization Policy

⚠️ Important - Please Read Before Ordering:

All Rudraksha and spiritual products are energized with Vedic mantras by our Pandit ji before shipping. Due to spiritual and hygiene reasons, energized products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, size issues, or dislike. This is industry standard for all puja-energized items.

When Return IS Allowed (48 Hours Policy)

We allow return/refund ONLY in these cases:

  • Damaged Product: Product broken/damaged in transit (video proof required)
  • Wrong Product: You received different product than ordered
  • Missing Certificate: Lab certificate not included (we will courier certificate separately)
  • Manufacturing Defect: Silver cap loose, thread broken on arrival

Return Process - Mandatory Video Proof

To claim return for above valid reasons:

  1. Record unboxing video from sealed parcel opening without cut/edit. This is MANDATORY.
  2. Send video within 48 hours of delivery to support@astroganesha.com or WhatsApp 8929899880
  3. Mention Order ID and issue clearly
  4. Our team will verify video within 24 hours
  5. If approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or ask you to courier (prepaid - we reimburse)

No video = No return. This policy protects both buyer and seller from false claims.

Refund Timeline

  • Once product received at our Greater Noida facility and checked, refund initiated within 48 hours
  • Refund goes to original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days
  • For COD orders, refund via Bank Transfer or Wallet credit
  • Shipping charges non-refundable (if applicable)

Lab Certificate & Authenticity

Every Rudraksha comes with lab certificate. If you suspect authenticity, you can get it re-checked at any government lab in India within 7 days

Astrology Consultation Wallet Refund

If you purchased Astro Consultation / Chat with Astrologer pack and have unused balance:

  • Unused balance can be refunded to wallet within 3 days of purchase
  • After 3 days or after consultation started, no refund
  • Wallet balance can be used for future product purchase
  • Contact support@astroganesha.com with transaction ID

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products without unboxing video
  • Products used, worn, washed, or with perfume/smell
  • Energized products for change of mind, size, color, astrology mismatch
  • Sale / Festival offer items (unless damaged/wrong)
