1. Privacy Policy - Data Collection

At Astroganesha, we respect your privacy. We collect only necessary information:

• Personal Info: Name, Phone, Email, Shipping Address for order delivery (via Shopify)
• Birth Details: For astrology consultation - Date, Time, Place of Birth. This is confidential and never shared with third parties except our in-house astrologers.
• Payment Info: We do NOT store card/UPI details. Payments processed securely by Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant). We only see payment status.
• Cookies: Shopify uses cookies for cart and analytics. You can disable in browser.

Data Usage: Your data is used only for order fulfillment, astrology consultation, and occasional offer updates (if opted). You can opt-out of marketing emails anytime. Birth details are deleted after 30 days of consultation unless you request to keep for future readings.

Data Security: Shopify and Razorpay are secure platforms. We do not sell your data to anyone. WhatsApp communication is end-to-end encrypted.

2. Astrology & Spiritual Disclaimer (Important for Legal Compliance)

• Not Guaranteed: We do NOT claim 100% guaranteed results for money, health, love, or career. Benefits described use words like "traditionally believed", "may help", "as per scriptures" to avoid misleading claims. This complies with Google Merchant Center and Meta Ads policies.
• No Medical Advice: Rudraksha and crystals are NOT medical devices and do NOT replace medical treatment. For health issues, consult a doctor.
• For Entertainment & Spiritual Purposes: As per legal requirements, astrology readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance only. You should use your own judgment and not make major life decisions solely based on astrology.
• Individual Belief: Effectiveness may vary from person to person based on faith, karma, and personal efforts as per tradition. We do not promise lottery wins, guaranteed jobs, or assured relationships.
• No Superstition Promotion: We promote authentic spiritual practice, not fear-based selling. We never say "if you don't wear, something bad will happen".

3. Terms of Service

• By using astroganesha.com and placing order, you agree to our Shipping, Return, and Privacy policies.
• You must be 18+ to place order or have guardian consent.
• Product images are for representation. Natural Rudraksha size/color may vary slightly (1-2mm) due to natural nature.
• We reserve right to cancel orders if product out of stock or pricing error. Full refund will be given.
• Lab certificates are from third-party labs. We are not responsible for lab opinions but ensure natural beads.
• Energization is included as complimentary spiritual service, not a paid service, to maintain return policy sanctity.

4. Payment Security

All payments are secured by Razorpay - India's trusted payment gateway with 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets. COD available for orders below Rs.5000 (Rs.50 COD fee may apply). Razorpay handles all sensitive data - we never see your card number or CVV.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, descriptions, images, logo of Astroganesha are copyrighted. Do not copy product descriptions or images without permission. We have invested time to make approval-safe descriptions.

For data deletion request or privacy query, email: support@astroganesha.com with subject "Privacy Request". We will respond within 48 hours and delete birth details and personal data if requested (except order data needed for GST compliance - kept 6 years as per law).
